PROGRAM RULES:

PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter the Program, entrant must: (a) be a U.S. resident of the continental United States (b) 18 years of age or older (c) a social media user of one or more of the following accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and (d) demonstrate a strong affirmation with the Olivia Garden brand.

PROGRAM ENTRY PERIOD: The program entry dates begin on November 6th, 2013 and ends on December 31st, 2013. All dates are subject to change. Winners will be selected at random after December 31st, 2013.

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter the Program, follow these instructions: (a) snap a photo of you using an Olivia Garden beauty tool “in action” (b) tag #LoveOliviaGarden (c) share on Twitter or Instagram. Limit one entry per entrant.

PROGRAM RECEPIENT GUIDELINES: Olivia Garden will select 10 submissions (at random) to become social media ambassadors. Ambassadors will receive products at Olivia Garden’s discretion and in turn, will be asked to post and tag 2-4 photos and/or reviews of the products on their social channels, such as: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. By doing so, the recipient is granting Olivia Garden rights to re-curate and share on social media platforms.

RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY OR DISQUALIFY. Program is subject to change; Ambassador participation is subject to change; Program has no cash value and rules are subject to change. If Ambassadors are not actively sharing posts and reviews after receiving new products, Olivia Garden has the right to terminate them from the program.
