Remember that hashtags must be placed in the captions, not in the comments. Entries with hashtags only in the comments will not be eligible.
If you've previously posted your video on Instagram, you must repost it between November 1st and December 31st, 2023. Simply adding the hashtag to an older post will not qualify as an entry.
