LIVE Fashion Hair Awards 2023
Live Fashion Hair Awards is a hairdressing show/contest organized by The Code Team (TCT International Awards).
Live Fashion Hair Awards bring visibility to hairdressers and photographers for their fashion and beauty work.
The collections are evaluated by a group of experts from around the world where each year more and more artists participate in the event with a record of more than 900 participants from 30 countries.
The new edition of Live Fashion Hair Awards will take place in the Canary Islands (Fuerteventura).

How to take part
Start: February 5th 2023 Deadline: July 31st 2023
Enter www.livefashionhair.com and in the "Submit" section, fill in the form. Choose a category and I attach a minimum of 4 photos and a maximum of 6 photos. You have the option to attach a PDF with your portfolio. Do not forget to fill in all the fields of the form.
When you submit your collection you are giving your consent to use the photographs and material obtained for evaluation and publication in official accounts and press media associated with Live Fashion Hair Awards.
The resolution of the candidatures will be notified via email on September 1st, 2023.
Hairdressers from anywhere in the world with a real professional career focused on the beauty, fashion and hairdressing sector can participate. The collections presented must be made in 2022 and 2023 and may have been published in other media or awards.

COMMERCIAL FEMALE HAIRDRESSER OF THE YEAR
Category focused on the technical and visual development of the most original feminine proposals with a base based on the global vision of women and their commercialization. A perfect balance between innovation and commercial image for easy to wear and change styles.
MALE HAIRDRESSER OF THE YEAR
Proposals with male protagonism where the artistic and technical factor prevails. Trends that bet on the versatility of men's hair for collections with an exemplary execution that is based on the study of men's trends on a global level.
AVANT GARDE HAIRDRESSER OF THE YEAR
Avant-garde and exclusivity are the fundamental pillars of this category where the riskiest techniques are revealed and which endorses the investigation of futuristic ideas that inspire and break new ground.
CREATIVE COLORIST OF THE YEAR
We reward color innovators who show their full potential. Technique and knowledge of color are essential to be eligible for this category that brings together the best colorists in the world.
HAIRDRESSER OF THE YEAR
A category based on the search for the best professional in the sector where versatility and perfect execution are the key to success.
EDITORIAL HAIRDRESSER OF THE YEAR
For second year, we have our most creative category for experimental collections.
BEST AMBASSADOR TCT AWARDS
Only by direct invitation of the Live Fashion Hair Awards jury.
International exposure in the press and media are the soul of this category. TCT Awards ambassadors are professionals who feel the “Live philosophy” closely with their hairdressing sector.
Requirments
All collections must be submitted directly by participants through our virtual space www.livefashionhair.com in the "Submit" section.
The collections that opt for any of the categories must be made between 2022 and 2023, those made previously will be automatically rejected.
Hairdressers can apply independently or as an artistic team, if so, the organization takes care of the expenses of the person in charge or director exclusively, the rest of the team, must cover the costs of transportation to the place where the event is held, as well as the hotel, diets, etc.
By submitting the digital material, you agree to have the image rights which you transfer to us for use in the Live Fashion Hair Awards. The images sent must be in JPG format. Resolution of 300 dpi in RGB mode and a size of 20x30. Each image must not exceed 10MG and cannot include watermarks.
The use of extensions and accessories is allowed in the collections and may be photographs of only the head and shoulders and the entire body. We value the correct lighting of the hair, the technique and the originality in the artistic ensemble of the collection. Dare to surprise us!
For the BEST HAIRDRESSER OF THE YEAR candidacy, candidates must send their portfolio in PDF in order to assess their versatility and professional and artistic career.
By participating in the awards, the artist agrees to have availability from November 18th to 21st, 2023, which is when the LIVE023 awards will be held. If not, please do not participate.
Specific requirements
Phase 1
After passing the first quality filter, the accepted collections will be published on social networks and the web as official collections of Live Fashion Hair Awards 2023, being identified by the name of the participant along with the credits that have been sent.
The organization will choose 12 collections for each category which will be the official finalists for each category.
Phase 2
Each member of the professional jury will proceed to vote on the 12 collections by category, awarding 12,11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point, with 12 being the maximum score. With the average of points obtained, the winner of each category will be named.
The organization will contact the winners to organize their flights and stays in Fuerteventura (Canary Islands). The expenses are covered by the organization: tourist class flight, hotel transfers and diets.
It is important that you reserve availability to travel from November 18th to November 21st, 2023.
The rest of the classifieds that are not winners, will have a special invitation to attend the Show and Master Class live.
Specifications
The TCT Awards are owned by a private entity under the name of The Code Team and therefore the decisions of the jury are final.
The jury has the power and the duty to correctly interpret the participation bases and their correct application. There are no resources and no claims correspondence will be maintained.
Participants explicitly accept the conditions of participation. Once the selection process has started, no information will be provided to candidates or finalists to avoid inappropriate pressure and interference.
The organization undertakes to communicate in writing incidents or fundamental information that affect the official classifieds and the finalists who choose to be the winner.
Being a finalist for the TCT Awards implies a responsibility on their part to attend LIVE023 in person and facilitate the communication necessary for the development of the Live Fashion Hair Awards agenda, which includes meetings, rehearsals, photographic projects and scheduled activities.
